Q: How do I order a taxi in Waltham?

Ordering a Waltham Taxi Cab is easy! Since you are already here you can book your trip now by clicking on our Real-Time Automated System. Q: Can Waltham Taxi pick and drop off in another City?

No. Taxis are licensed to provide service within a City. Waltham Taxi will not provide service within other Cities. Please contact a local cab service in your location. The only exception is pickup from a major Commuter location to your City. Flat Rate routes are available to and from Waltham.

Q: Where to meet the Taxi at Logan Airport.

All pick-ups from Logan Airport are from the "Limousine Stands".

Q: How much does it cost for a taxi?

Taxi rates are regulated in some areas. To get a free estimate for your next trip please check our Fare Estimator. 
TOLLS: for Online payments, toll rate ($10.00) is added to trips originating from Waltham, MA to Boston Logan Airport and vice versa. The toll rate ($10) is added to trips between these cities: Wayland, Weston, Sudbury and Lincoln. All other cities, tolls are paid cash to the driver as required.

Q: How long will it take for Waltham Taxi to pick me up?

Although Waltham Taxi operates with less than a 15 minute pickup time for all of our calls, your situation may be different. Waltham Taxi uses Global Positioning Systems to dispatch the closest cab to your address. Online Bookings require a 2-hour window.

Q: Does it cost more for additional passengers?

No. Four people can ride for the price of one depending on city or town ordnance. If you have more than four passengers in your group you will need additional cabs or a different class vehicle.

Q: Are there any special rates or discounts on the taxi fares?

Yes. Waltham Taxi has special rates and coupons for interest groups. You can earn discounts by maintaining an account on our website. Flat rates can be used for special routes to and from Waltham.

Q: Does Waltham Taxi accept credit cards?

Yes. All Cabs do accept all major credit cards. For reservations made online during office hours (8am-6pm), please allow up to 2 hours for a response/confirmation from the office. If you don't get a response by phone or email within 2 hours, please call the office to confirm your reservation

Q: I am traveling with a small child, do you provide child safety seats?

No. Drivers of Waltham Taxi and for-hire vehicles and their passengers are exempt from laws regarding car seats. Passengers with children are encouraged to bring their own car seats, which the drivers will allow passengers to install.

Q: Do you allow pets to ride in Waltham Taxi Cabs?

It depends. Waltham Taxi is in compliance with Federal law. All ADA or service animals will be transported.

Q: What are vouchers and how do they work?

Vouchers are authorized certificates of taxi fare credit. They are used by our account holders to pay for their taxi fare without cash or credit cards. Vouchers are in the form of a paper slip, but we also provide a paperless voucher system which is stored in our system digitally. Use our secure online form to sign up for an account in minutes.

Q. What is the Waltham Taxi online order Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation must occur at least 3 hours before the scheduled PICK-UP TIME for a FULL REFUND.
A cancellation fee equivalent to (25%) of the FARE will be applied to cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled PICK-UP TIME.
